US Management Team

Mr. Barch has recently been named Senior Vice President of Integralis North America. Mike has distinguished himself in helping Integrals transform into a services - driven security organization. Bringing thirteen years-worth of utilizing both services and technology, Mike provides Integralis with a unique perspective and valuable strategic insight. He is a proven problem solver that brings a wealth of experience to the table, having served as the Vice President and General Manager of Managed Security Services and Ethical Hacking business for British Telecom (BT) Americas. Before that, Mike added to his leadership credentials by heading the sales effort in the Eastern United States for IBM/ISS, and spent thirteen years working at 3Com Corporation, moving from territory sales representative, to strategic account sales, and finally to various sales management positions. All told, Mike has been a proven leader in the IT Industry for more than thirty years. His expertise ranges from driving sales to managing services, covering everything in between. Mike holds a BS in Computer Sciences from Virginia Tech University. 

Mr. Brennan is responsible for our ProServ Consulting group across North America.  Jim brings significant consulting experience, knowledge, a track record of success, relationship skills and leadership to our team.

Prior to joining us at Integralis, Jim founded his own consulting firm, where he served as a change agent who was brought into a number of companies as their President and/or COO. He assisted in rebuilding their operations, customer service, revenue, market share, supply chain and financial performance. As such, he is past President of two manufacturing companies, COO of a group of warranty, window film and building security companies, a member of the partner group at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and was also a senior member of the CEO’s team at Bank One. Jim is a business advisor who has been in executive roles at a variety of entrepreneurial companies, both not-for-profit and for-profit. He is a recognized change agent known for planning and driving major operational improvements that yield significant tangible results across a wide range of organizations, industries and cultures. Mr. Brennan’s experience includes leading numerous comprehensive business transformation programs that significantly improved operations, reduced total costs by 50%, removed $100M out of a $1B budget, and accrued merger savings of $1.7B.

Mrs. Antoinetti is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience in traditional and new media marketing. Heather is an innovative leader with a background in marketing managed security and professional services. She works tirelessly to develop new value propositions and to challenge established thinking. At Integralis, Heather is responsible for delivering quality lead generation and thought leadership programs for the Asia Pacific regional sales team and partners. Prior to joining Integralis, Mrs. Antoinetti worked for a non-profit community outreach organization that provided less fortunate individuals with food, energy assistance and English as a Second Language classes, where she raised funds to through community events and grant writing.
