Simon Church

Simon Church

Chief Executive Officer

As a member of the Vorstand (Integralis AG), Simon Church was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in September 2012. 

Simon joined Integralis as UK Managing Director in August 2009 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in April 2011.

He joined Integralis from VeriSign where he held the Vice President position, responsible for Enterprise Security Services including Managed Security Services Security Consulting and Threat Intelligence. 

Prior to VeriSign he was the Vice President and General Manager EMEA at NetIQ, a role gained through the acquisition of Mission Critical Software by NetIQ in 2000.  He was part of the management team that positioned the firm through successful primary and secondary IPOs in 1999. Simon joined Integralis with 21 years’ experience in the IT industry, and has a BSc in Computing and Operational Research from Leeds Metropolitan University.


Heiner Luntz

Chief Financial Officer

As a member of the Vorstand (Integralis AG), Heiner Luntz was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer in April 2010.

Heiner has many years of international experience as the managing director of mid-size companies. Most recently, he was chief financial officer at ND SatCom GmbH in Friedrichshafen, a group owned by SES S.A., Luxembourg, where he was responsible for global finance, controlling and legal activities as well as corporate finance transactions.

Prior to this, he was vice president at First Data Corporation responsible for all financial matters in connection with global acquisitions and the integration of acquired companies. From 1993 until 2000 he started his professional career at the accounting and auditing firm Arthur Andersen in Stuttgart, where he was particularly involved in corporate acquisitions, growth companies and IPOs. During this period, he qualified as tax consultant and public auditor.

Heiner studied European Business at Reutlingen University and the Middlesex University Business School in London.

Tetsuo-Someya

Tetsuo Someya

Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Governance Officer

Tetsuo Someya was appointed Chief Business Development Officer and Chief Governance Officer in January 2013.

As Chief Business Development Officer, Tetsuo is responsible for developing the relationship between Integralis and NTT Communications (NTTCom) and its affiliates.  In his role as Chief Governance Officer, Tetsuo looks after key group governance functions, including legal, procurement, information security, internal auditing and group IT.

Prior to this, Tetsuo worked across a variety of roles across NTTCom for more than twenty years, including service planning and development, public relations, global business strategy, global human resource management together with a period at NTT Europe Ltd leading the Düsseldorf office.  He also played an important role in overseas investment management at the NTT Holding Company from 2001 to 2005.

Tetsuo has an MBA from Yale School of Management, and BA in Law from Waseda University in Japan.

Andrew Lev

Chief Product Officer

Andrew Lev is responsible for all aspects of Product Management, Operations and Engineering to provide Security and Risk Management  services for Integralis and their parent company NTT Communications.   Andrew has over two decades of experience actively growing innovative technology companies – bringing new products and services to market and forging strategic channel relationships. Prior to joining Integralis in 2007, Andrew was co-founder and EVP of sales, marketing and channels for Neohapsis/KSR, where he lead the go-to-market strategy for this next generation information-risk professional and managed services company. 

Prior to Neohapsis/KSR, Andrew was the Founder and CEO of MetaTV where he led the company from start-up to the standard platform for interactive services for over 50% of the US market and a successful sale of the company to Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA). Andrew was one of three Services Directors at Tandem Computers where he formed multi-company consortiums to win substantial (~$100MM) secure and high-availability infrastructure projects worldwide. Based in Silicon Valley, Andrew began his career at Oracle in enterprise sales during the years of explosive growth in the late 80s.

 

Neal Lillywhite

Senior Vice President, Northern Europe

Neal Lillywhite joined Integralis UK in August 2007 as UK Sales Director to take full control and responsibility of the UK sales operation. With qualifications in computer sciences and accounting and extensive experience of running UK sales operations he has revitalised the UK sales operation with an innovative approach to management and customer relationships. 

In October 2011 Neal Lillywhite was promoted to Managing Director, Integralis UK, responsible for the delivery of Integralis’ successful portfolio of managed security, consulting and technology integration services to UK customers, with the support of major shareholder, NTT. In January 2013, Neal was promoted to SVP Northern Europe, extending his role and responsibilities to include the Nordics and Benelux.

Neal has extensive experience in the vendor market having held the position of Country Manager, UK & Ireland at Nokia and, in his last role, Regional Director, Northern Europe at CrossBeam systems. During his career Neal has worked with major technology organisatons including Intel and Research Machines. Neal’s knowledge and understanding of vendor organisations is a key factor in the success of Integralis as a security systems vendor and services provider.

Frank Branderburg

Frank Brandenburg

Senior Vice President, Central Europe

Frank Brandenburg has been Senior Vice President Central Europe at Integralis since 2013. He has 17 years’ experience in various top management positions with a range of manufacturers within the IT security industry, and has already been working for Integralis in an advisory capacity since June 2012. As Senior Vice President Central Europe, he manages and coordinates the activities in the new Central Europe region, which covers both the DACH region and France.

Michael Barch

Michael Barch

Senior Vice President, Americas

Mike Barch has recently been named Senior Vice President of Integralis, Americas. Mike has distinguished himself in helping Integrals transform into a services - driven security organization. Bringing thirteen years-worth of utilizing both services and technology, Mike provides Integralis with a unique perspective and valuable strategic insight. He is a proven problem solver that brings a wealth of experience to the table, having served as the Vice President and General Manager of Managed Security Services and Ethical Hacking business for British Telecom (BT) Americas. Before that, Mike added to his leadership credentials by heading the sales effort in the Eastern United States for IBM/ISS, and spent thirteen years working at 3Com Corporation, moving from territory sales representative, to strategic account sales, and finally to various sales management positions. All told, Mike has been a proven leader in the IT Industry for more than thirty years. His expertise ranges from driving sales to managing services, covering everything in between. Mike holds a BS in Computer Sciences from Virginia Tech University. 


William Yeack

President, Asia Pacific


Bill Yeack is responsible for the operations and strategic direction of Integralis in the Asia Pacific region. He is recognized as a resourceful, team-oriented executive with more than 25 years experience in driving rapid growth in Recurring Revenue sectors of the information technology industry. He has a demonstrated ability to create and implement successful marketing strategies and form synergistic business alliances that protect investment and assure attainment of targeted returns. Specializing in global transformational leadership he has a proven record of building global, hypervelocity growth organizations through revenue and profitability leadership. Bill has extensive experience with international development and operations and mergers and acquisitions.

As one of the Internet luminaries from the 1990's, Bill worked early and aggressively to establish the reality of the Managed and Professional Services vision in the industry as EVP of Services at Exodus Communications and President of Tandem Services as well as leading emerging global financial services projects for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Bill  is a seasoned public industry speaker, and has published over 25 books and articles. He has an MBA from Ohio State University, a B.A. in accounting and Physics and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Gavin Bradbury

Senior Vice President, Global Marketing

As Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, Gavin Bradbury joined Integralis in September 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of Global Marketing. Gavin has over two decades of international marketing leadership and experience  across technology organisations including VeriSign, Oracle, Computer Associates, Crystal Decisions and IBM as well as smaller UK based start-up companies. With a firm understanding of the wider business and P&L benefits that marketing can drive, Gavin has worked extensively across Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific regions, and has a degree in Business Studies and Marketing and a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. 


Jonathan Hughes

Senior Vice President, Global Professional Services

Jonathan Hughes joined Integralis is 2009 as UK Professional Services Director and was appointed to his current position in January 2012

Jonathan leads the Global Professional Services business for Integralis.  He has responsibility for 350 staff globally, providing the full range of information security consulting services to enterprise clients around the world. 

He joined Integralis from Sophos, where he was Managing Director for the UK.  Prior to Sophos, Jonathan held number of senior leadership positions in Microsoft UK, delivering outstanding business performance in a number of business units including Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Consulting Services

Jonathan joined Integralis with 23 years’ experience in the IT industry and has a BA (Hons) in Economics, Politics & Sociology from Hull University.

Fredrik Hornell

Fredrik Hörnell

Vice President, Global Partner and Vendor Alliances

Fredrik Hörnell has served as Vice President of Integralis global partner and vendor alliances buisness since December of 2011. Prio to that he held the position as Sales Director at Integralis in Sweden and was instrumental to the Secode acquisition and post-merger integration.

Fredrik has more than 13 years of experience in the it-security area. Having held various Senior sales leader positions at leading It-security vendor firms. Most recently, he served as Sales Director at VeriSign, where he managed the company’s partnerships across Europe and the Middle east and the development of a global partner program for the Enterprise Security Services buisness including Managed Security Services Security Consulting and Threat Intelligence. 

Prior to VeriSign he held the role of Channel Director at NetIQ, responsable for the Nordics and Benelux, before the business was acquired by Attachmate. 

Fredrik’s knowledge and understanding of partner organisations is a key factor in the success of Integralis as a security systems vendor and managed services provider.


Garry Sidaway

Global Director of Security Strategy

Garry Sidaway works with global enterprise customers to help them address the challenges of embedding information security and risk management into the security fabric of a business. He’s been working in IT throughout Europe and America for more than 25 years.

Prior to joining Integralis, Garry worked in business development for Cybertrust part of the Verizon Terremerk group, where he was responsible for strategy, branding and reporting.

Garry’s past roles have covered all aspects of Information Security and Risk Management. He has worked throughout the world in a wide range of industries, giving him a unique insight into business risks and information security. He has been instrumental in the development of security solutions to meet business needs. 

William Yeack

Tina Devis

Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources


Tina Devis leads a function responsible for driving business partnership, talent selection, learning and development, and rewards for the Integralis Group worldwide. 
Prior to joining Integralis Tina was with McAfee Software for 12 years, most recently holding the role of VP of International Human Resources with responsibility for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.  

Tina brings more than twenty years of experience in Human Resource management.  During her career, she has led both generalist and specialist human resources functions in the high technology, financial services and broadcasting sectors, and has extensive International experience. 

Prior to joining Integralis, Tina held positions in a number of major global companies including McAfee Software, Dell Computers and Fidelity. 
Tina is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a member of the Institute of Directors. 
William Yeack

Martin J. Naughalty

Senior Vice President, Global Finance and Operations


Martin Naughalty has responsibility for finance, tax and operations for the Integralis Group worldwide and the financial reporting to its parent company NTT.

With extensive European and US experience, Martin brings more than twenty-five years of achievement in both major international high technology companies and start-ups; in hardware, software and consulting businesses. 

Prior to joining Integralis, Martin held a succession of senior positions including CFO of iJento and InforSense, international VC backed software companies where he was central to the funding and restructuring of the companies and negotiated a trade exit and Vice President of Finance and Business Operations for Fujitsu Technology Solutions International, realigning the company from a mainframe computer supplier to a consulting-led solutions provider; Vice President of  Finance, Europe for McAfee.

Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Exeter University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Global Management Accountant

Dennis Deane

Consultant to the Vorstand

Dennis Deane acts as a consultant to the Vorstand and is widely recognised by colleagues and clients for his strategic expertise. Before joining Integralis, Dennis held a number of high profile positions in technology and financial services businesses. Most recently, he ran the EMEA IT Mergers and Acquisitions portfolio for First Data completing more than 35 due diligence programmes and 16 acquisitions in 4 years. Prior to that, he was responsible for running First Data’s IT infrastructure in 8 European locations incorporating 11 Data Centres and their associated networks and application support, over 400 people and budgets in excess of $100m.
