UK Management Team

Neal Lillywhite joined Integralis UK in August 2007 as UK Sales Director to take full control and responsibility of the UK sales operation. With qualifications in computer sciences and accounting and extensive experience of running UK sales operations he has revitalised the UK sales operation with an innovative approach to management and customer relationships.

In October 2011 Neal Lillywhite was promoted to Managing Director, Integralis UK.  In his new role, Neal will be responsible for the delivery of Integralis’ successful portfolio of managed security, consulting and technology integration services to UK customers, with the support of major shareholder, NTT

Neal has extensive experience in the vendor market having held the position of Country Manager, UK & Ireland at Nokia and, in his last role, Regional Director, Northern Europe at CrossBeam systems. During his career Neal has worked with major technology organisatons including Intel and Research Machines. Neal’s knowledge and understanding of vendor organisations is a key factor in the success of Integralis as a security systems vendor and services provider.

Graham joined Integralis in 2006 as financial manager. Since joining his role has expanded to encompass all aspects of UK operations. Graham brings an innovative approach to operations now encompassing all aspects of UK financial management.

Prior to joining Integralis Graham had extensive experience in the UK sector holding senior financial and management roles at technology and consumer organisations.

Jonathan joined Integralis as Director of Professional Services in November 2009, he brings to the role over 20 year’s experience in the IT industry.

Jonathan joined Integralis from Sophos where he was EMEA Channel Sales Director, responsible for all Sophos channel relationships across the EMEA region, he was previously Vice President for UK Sales at Sophos, driving sales within the UK.

Prior to that Jonathan was UK Channel Sales Director at Microsoft where he was employed for 14 years,  earlier in his career he held positions  at Precision Point and International Computer Limited (ICL).

Ian joined Integralis in December 2007 as Business Unit Director to take control of the City & Financial Services sales team and was later promoted to run the Major Accounts sales team. With a degree in Business Studies and Marketing qualifications, Ian also has almost 20 years experience gained in UK & European sales and sales leadership roles. 

Prior to joining Integralis Ian has had vast experience in the technology vendor, systems integration, Telco and value added reseller markets, and his most recent role was the Northern European Sales Manager at Crossbeam Systems.  He has also worked with other US and European headquartered organizations including Cable & Wireless.

In October 2011 Ian was promoted to UK Sales Director and will be responsible for continuing to grow the company’s market share of the managed security, consulting and technology integration services in the UK.
